Method
Out of a universe of 500 water enterprises a long-list of
the 100 most promising companies is selected. Analysis and
in-depth qualitative reference intelligence narrows to a
portfolio with interests in approximately of 30-40 water
companies.
Fund remuneration
- Management fee: 1.2% per annum, payable per
quarter
- Expenses: administration and commission fee:
up to a maximum of 0.5%
- Performance fee: 20% over the hurdle of 6%, high water
mark

- A yearly proposed dividend-yield of 3-4%*
- A yearly average portfolio value increase of 12%+*
